Mainstreaming Gender in the Provincial Administration of the Western Cape -

Gender and Local Government: A gender trainer's guide for local government

A gender training workshop for councillors and officials of Local Government structures. GETNET has produced the following reports on such workshops:

Training of Trainers

A developmental training programme targeting people who have been involved in the Men’s Workshops and Gender Co-ordinators programme and meet the criteria. The following reports were produced:

Gender Trainers' Conference

The conference considered general aspects of the gender equality initiatives that form part of the programmes directed at social, economic and political transformation in Southern Africa. The outcomes of the conference included a conference statement on gender relations in Southern Africa and the obstacles facing trainers when integrating gender into their work.
